Raas or Dandiya Raas is the socio-religious folk dance originating from Indian state of Gujarat and popularly performed in the festival of Navaratri.The dance is performed in the Marwar region of Rajasthan too.
Giddha
Giddha is a popular folk dance of women in the Punjab region. The dance is often considered derived from the ancient dance known as the ring dance and is just as energetic as bhangra
Garbha
Garba is a form of Gujarati dance which originates from the state of Gujarat in India. The name is derived from the Sanskrit term Garbha. Many traditional garbas are performed around a centrally lit lamp or a picture or statue of the Goddess Shakti.
Malwai Giddha
Malwai Giddha is the folk dance of males of Malwa region of Punjab. This dance was originally performed by Babey (old men) and hence is also called Babeyan da Gidhha
Ghatka
Gatka is a form of martial art associated primarily with the Sikhs of the Punjab and other related ethnic groups, such as Hindkowans.It is a style of stick-fighting, with wooden sticks intended to simulate swords.
Dhamal
Dhamaal is a 2007 Indian Hindi-language comedy film directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Ashok Thakeria. The film stars Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad warsi.
